I used for this, a rather old process of preservation, drying or dehydration.
There are many machines on the market that will allow this system of conservation work by circulating hot air exhaust from food, so these are losing the water they contain and in this way allows conservation.

Well then this method is used by me to be dehydrated citrus peels, lemon here.

How to use?
