Welps On Your Stomache

STERILIZATION OF SPICES



Hi, this sweet, I will not define, I reserve that task for you .... What folly, what madness!.

Ingredients: 250

grs. couverture chocolate ( fondant).
100 grs butter .
50 g whipped cream
3 egg yolks 4 tablespoons sugar
brown glass
A trickle of Vozcka . Cocoa powder
Spices several ( ginger, cinnamon, curry , vanilla).

Prepared

First
melts chocolate in a bain marie. Can also be done in the microwave, little by little time to prevent burning.
incorporate the butter and whisk to make a cream.
Add the egg yolks, cream and a dash liquor (the more you like it), but if you want not take the taste of liquor, put vozcka , still beating.

After mixing everything together, divide it into four parts or the number of flavors of different spices that we will use, we put it in the fridge to cool and thus becomes more consistent and therefore more easily work. Once

cold, we coated beads and pure cocoa, put it in capsules and ..... enjoy!
